What if something goes wrong with my order?

Our customers come first. We are here to make sure that shopping with Earth Balance is a pleasant, easy experience for you and we hope you will be back. Please email us straight away if there is a problem with your order: sales@earthbalance.com.au We find that contacting us in writing gives you the fastest way to get hold of us as we are often busy packing orders, tending to our herb garden, and looking after our family. We will get back to every enquiry within 24 hours, guaranteed on business days. We will solve your problem, you as a customer matter to us.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by checking out and following the options presented to you. At this point in time, we can accept credit cards manually. Please checkout that you want to pay by credit card, and call us to make payment. If we are unavailable, leave a message and we will call you back to take payment ASAP. We accept bank deposit, Paypal, Money Order, Cheque and manual Visa/ Mastercard.

How long do orders take to process?

We process orders everyday and send out same-day on all orders placed before midday. You will get it within a few days depending on your location and the chosen postage method. We offer regular and express post with tracking.

Where are your herbs grown?

Our herbs are grown all over the world and processed here in Australia. We try to source organic, wildcrafted herbs where possible. We do grow many of our herbs on site, depending on seasonality and availability. Some of the herbs we grow include Chamomile, Calendula, Feverfew, Californian Poppy, Blessed Thistle, Stinging Nettle, Lemon Balm and Echinacea. For medicinal purposes we only source the best available herbs.
