Return policy


To guarantee our customers satisfaction, our company offer our customers to returns for the products that for some reasons did not met our customer's expectations or were faulty, we ask that the products not be opened or used and are sent back in the same condition as received.

For any return please contact one of the team by email or fill out the return request right from your customer account.

Returns need to be authorised and recognised by earth balance staff before a return is performed. You may return most new, sealed merchandise inside of 1 month of delivery for a complete reimbursement. We can usually pay the return delivery fees in the event the return is a consequence of our mistake or if the customer were given completely wrong or non-functional products.
